“Justine – the perfect coach, at the perfect time.
Ready or not, I was leading our organisation through its biggest period of change and I recognised I would need some support to get me through this with my own well-being intact.
I wanted a coach to help me improve my resilience in the face of change. I found a coach who helped me see how resilient I was, and who helped me recognise the need to establish stronger boundaries so that others respected my time and energy.
By guiding me through refection on my own practice and experiences, Justine supported me to discover an armoury of tools and wisdom within me. This wisdom now sits comfortably with me as my greatest and most useful asset.”
Moira McCaig, Concrete Garden, Glasgow
“What a great and talented person Justine is. She’s very good at what she does” Nick Earle, former SVP Global Operations, Virgin Hyperloop One and previously SVP Cisco.
“Justine was a fantastic coach and I loved working with her” Gillian Docherty, Chief Executive, The Datalab Scotland and UK Digital Leader of the Year 2018
"Being in charge with responsibilities for others and the clients you work for undoubtedly adds pressure to the task of building a sustainable social enterprise.
When others look to you for guidance and reassurance and you have to smile and say everything is fantastic when it's not; the overwhelming strain causes even the strongest of us to falter.
This happened to me before I knew it and when I explained to Justine she understood immediately. The experience with Justine led me through a path of reflection and personal understanding of the world around me.
My time with her has changed my life and made me a stronger leader."
Marianne Greenway, Ayrshire Children's Services CIC, Scotland.
Team coaching helped our organisation significantly. The benefits included an increased sense of agency on the part of participants. Coaching improved our ability to address our own issues both individually and collectively within our organisation. After a long period of stressful organisational change, the process enabled us to deal with underlying issues that may otherwise have been unresolved, or which could have grown and become destructive. It gave us the beginnings of practical resolution to those issues; the direction and shared understanding to work on turning those issues into strengths.
These benefits accrued to us through Justine skills, and through the process that was used. Space and time were very important – Justine created a safe space for us to explore underlying issues, first personally then as a group; we were not rushed. The team aspect was only possible because the individual aspect had been done well. The approach was sensitive yet practical, with thorough preparation from Justine. The approach Justine used was clearly facilitative rather than interventionist throughout. Influencing profiles and systemic constellations were wisely approached to the specific needs of our management team at that time.

I started coaching with Justine in early 2016. My objective was to enhance my confidence and performance in a new management role at work. I found Justine to be an extremely effective and knowledgeable coach who provided time for valuable, structured reflection on my actions and choices in the workplace.
Justine introduced a range of helpful tools which I can readily use to increase my awareness and enhance my professional practice. As a result of our coaching sessions I find it easier to make positive choices at work and have improved skills in communication, people management and clear strategic thinking.
Justine creates a safe and consistent environment where the coachee feels able to have candid and truthful conversations, she is an attentive and non-judgmental listener with a genuine heartfelt desire to help you unlock and realise your potential.
